The Heart Wall

The heart wall is a barrier that the mind creates which holds trapped emotions. This wall builds around the heart to protect the heart from further injury or being broken.

During times of emotional pain or distress, your heart can be really hurt or injured- this is where the words “heartache” and “heartbreak” come from. Sometimes we feel that we need to put up a form of protection, or a “wall” around the heart – but you can’t build a wall from nothing.

The building materials used for your “mind made” wall are the most common excess energies in the body, trapped emotions.

To your mind this wall is real. Now you might think this is a good thing, but long term it can be detrimental and stop the love flowing to and from you.

Another problem is that the heart wall doesn’t dissolve on its own, even if you don’t need it anymore.

Having a heart wall long-term is like living in a bomb shelter. It is necessary short-term to protect you while the “bombs” are falling, but if you continue to “live” in there you will feel sad, isolated, disconnected, frustrated and you could even end up with heart disease or other heart problems later on.

Dr Bradley Nelson has said “around 93% of people have a heart wall”

The heart wall can be removed one emotion at a time freeing you to live from your heart, create abundance and find true love. Releasing the emotions trapped in a heart wall can have a dramatic impact on a person.
